Travel & Hospitality Coordinator

About the role

The Travel & Hospitality Coordinator supports Vibram’s global workforce by managing business trips, corporate events and the Global Exchange Program. Based in Albizzate, the role ensures a smooth, cost‑effective travel experience while complying with internal policies and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Organise end‑to‑end travel bookings (flights, trains, hotels, car rentals) and issue travel documents.
• Handle reservation changes and ensure adherence to internal travel policies.
• Supervise mandatory travel documentation and provide emergency support to travelers.
• Scout and negotiate with new suppliers to improve quality‑price ratios across locations.
• Assist employees with visa procedures and communicate health‑ and safety guidelines.
• Collect traveler feedback, generate periodic travel reports and contribute to budget planning.
• Coordinate logistical aspects of the Global Exchange Program, aligning flights, transport, accommodation and meals.
• Identify process improvements, new suppliers and cost‑saving initiatives while upholding company values and sustainability objectives.
