Wholesale Area Manager – Luxury Fashion

About the role

Stella McCartney is seeking a Wholesale Area Manager to lead business performance and brand excellence across its wholesale network in the Middle East and APAC. You will act as the primary commercial contact for key partners, driving sales, profitability and sustainable relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sell‑in and sell‑out performance, meeting sales and profit targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, serving as the main point of contact for commercial matters.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead seasonal buying campaigns and support partners throughout order placement.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams to optimise stock allocation and brand execution.
• Deliver product knowledge and brand training to partner teams.
• Prepare regular business reviews, forecasts and performance reports.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the wholesale network.
• Ensure compliance with Stella McCartney policies, procedures and sustainability commitments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wholesale, sales or commercial management within luxury or premium fashion.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
