Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships (Italy)

About the role
As an Account Manager for Glovo in Italy, you will act as the trusted advisor for top restaurant partners, helping them grow their business on our platform. You will combine data‑driven insights with strategic guidance to maximise revenue and improve the overall partner experience.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication.
- Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimise profitability for both partners and Glovo.
- Drive revenue through targeted promotions, marketing activations and menu optimisation.
- Own the onboarding process in the app, from store setup to the first days of operation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Service) to deliver customised solutions.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in high‑performance account management or business consultancy, preferably in FMCG, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field (optional).
- Native‑level Italian and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven decision making and proven KPI achievement.
