Associate Legal Counsel

About the role

Kedrion is seeking a motivated Associate Legal Counsel to support the Assistant General Counsel in managing the company’s legal affairs across Europe and the UK. The role ensures legal compliance, protects company interests, and collaborates with multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced legal counsel and independently manage routine legal matters.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable laws.
• Collaborate with the Assistant General Counsel on complex issues and support senior attorneys in resolving intricate legal matters.
• Advise internal departments on legal issues and facilitate effective problem‑solving.
• Work with colleagues to improve legal processes, promote best practices, and maintain high standards of efficiency and compliance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law.
• 3‑5 years of experience as an in‑house legal counsel in an industrial or multinational environment, or at a leading law firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional and international setting.
• Proven capability to analyze, interpret, and communicate legal information.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to continuous learning.
