About the role
As a Client Advisor you will act as a brand ambassador for Louis Vuitton, ensuring every client receives the premium experience promised by the house. You will identify client needs, guide them through the product range, and build lasting relationships that drive loyalty and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives while being accountable for results.
- Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Assist clients in purchasing all Louis Vuitton products.
- Develop long‑term relationships using clienteling tools to promote brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in boutique activities that support overall goals.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and uphold Louis Vuitton grooming and behavior standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Strong clienteling experience in retail.
- Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset.
- Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility, problem‑solving skills, and availability to work weekends.
- Proficiency in English (B2); additional languages are a plus.
