Community and Social Manager

About the role

ERG Media is looking for a Community and Social Manager to be the human voice of Type 7 across digital platforms. You will proactively drive audience engagement, manage newsletters and ensure compliance with brand and legal guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and distribute social content using tools such as Later.
• Write, format and send weekly newsletters via Klaviyo.
• Interact with the community in comments and DMs, flag high‑value interactions for the team.
• Coordinate digital product drops for the D2C Shopify store.
• Monitor social performance and collaborate with performance‑marketing to optimise Meta CAC/ROAS.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, high‑engagement social media communities, preferably in luxury, design or automotive sectors.
• Excellent tone of voice, able to engage a sophisticated audience with wit and cultural literacy.
• Willingness and ability to learn and follow strict brand compliance and legal directives.
• Experience creating and distributing email newsletters; Klaviyo experience highly preferred.
• Analytical mindset for social performance analysis.
