Concierge – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge is the heart of the guest experience at Four Seasons Hotel Danieli, providing personalized, knowledgeable, and intuitive service that showcases the unique charm of Venice. You will act as the primary liaison between guests and the destination, crafting memorable itineraries and ensuring seamless access to local attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to every guest.
• Provide recommendations and arrange dining, transportation, entertainment, cultural experiences, and local attractions.
• Create tailored itineraries and bespoke experiences based on guest preferences.
• Manage reservations and bookings for restaurants, tours, events, and external services.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, vendors, and service providers.
• Anticipate guest needs, proactively offering solutions and enhancements.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery in line with Four Seasons standards.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a concierge or guest services role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Strong knowledge of Venice’s cultural attractions, dining scene, and transportation options.
• Ability to work collaboratively with front‑office and other hotel teams.
• High level of discretion, attention to detail, and proactive problem‑solving.
