Content Factory Junior Producer

About the role

Prada Group is seeking a motivated Junior Producer to support the creation and delivery of brand campaign, video and photo content. You will work across fashion, e‑commerce and digital productions, ensuring projects move smoothly from planning to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support and monitor end‑to‑end production processes for brand campaigns and digital assets.
• Collaborate with stylists, photographers, filmmakers, artists and editors to keep projects on track.
• Work closely with the e‑merchandising team to plan and track e‑commerce activities.
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation for productions.
• Scout and source internal or external resources, negotiate with freelancers and review contracts.
• Maintain a network of photographers, model agencies, stylists, illustrators and costume designers.
• Organise business trips and off‑site production logistics.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in content creation and production within fashion companies or agencies.
• Previous exposure to e‑commerce production is a plus.
• Strong command of English.
• Excellent organisational abilities and a collaborative mindset.
