About the role
The Lifestyle Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day management of a residential community, focusing on resident retention and engagement. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, the role assists with move‑in processes, creates and coordinates resident programs and events, and contributes to the community’s sales and marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Greet prospects and residents in the office/leasing area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assist with property tours and provide information to prospective renters.
- Support the move‑in process, coordinating paperwork and resident orientation.
- Develop, plan, and execute resident events and lifestyle programs that promote community engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotional activities and resident communication.
- Help achieve community goals related to resident satisfaction and retention.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced property‑management environment.
- Experience in hospitality, community management, or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
