Executive Search Partner (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Search Partner to lead senior‑level talent acquisition for technology‑driven, fast‑scaling businesses. Operating fully remote, you will own end‑to‑end executive search processes across multiple regions, shaping hiring strategies and delivering high‑impact leadership hires.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full‑cycle executive search strategies, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps using proactive outreach, referrals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles and ensure structured interview processes.
• Conduct market intelligence, compensation benchmarking and competitor analysis to support hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment KPIs, improve time‑to‑hire and candidate experience, and ensure data quality and compliance in ATS systems.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices, including diversity‑aware sourcing and structured evaluation.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on executive search or senior‑level recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or retained search.
• Proven success closing Director, VP or C‑suite roles in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting for technology, digital or high‑growth sectors such as SaaS, marketplaces, fintech or gaming.
• Strong understanding of global talent markets, especially EMEA and international tech ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organized, autonomous and comfortable in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
