Talent Researcher (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Researcher to proactively identify and engage top talent across global markets. The role supports high‑impact hiring needs by building strong pipelines for senior and hard‑to‑fill positions, working remotely within an international, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for senior and hard‑to‑fill roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional communities.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to inform strategic hiring.
• Utilise Boolean, X‑Ray, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
• Create tailored outreach messages to improve response rates.
• Test and optimise sourcing strategies continuously.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal profiles.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition in an international context.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to craft personalised messages.
• Proactive, curious, and persistent approach to talent discovery.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
