Night Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Night Manager oversees all overnight operations at Aman Rosa Alpina, ensuring seamless service, guest safety, and security while representing senior management during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the night team, managing daily activities and productivity based on forecasted occupancy.
• Identify training needs, guide colleagues, and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive, motivated work environment that encourages teamwork across departments.
• Maintain guest and staff safety during emergencies and protect the hotel’s interests.
• Utilise property management system (PMS) and Microsoft Office tools to process administrative tasks efficiently.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and preferably English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Front Office Management within an international luxury hotel.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work overnight shifts.
• Flexible, committed, goal‑oriented and driven.

Required skills

• Property Management System (PMS) proficiency.
• Microsoft Office suite.
