Portfolio Manager - Real Estate

About the role

Tether is seeking an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to take full ownership of a roughly $1 billion portfolio of real‑estate investments. The portfolio includes third‑party managed funds, co‑investment SPVs, and a select group of directly held assets, with a primary focus on commercial hospitality properties and limited residential exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on the performance of the entire real‑estate portfolio.
• Manage relationships with external fund managers and ensure accountability to investment objectives.
• Oversee asset‑level performance, identify variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for the investment committee.
• Support strategic decision‑making for portfolio allocation and risk management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale real‑estate portfolios, preferably with a focus on hospitality assets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• High level of ownership, visibility, and ability to work independently.
