About the role
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Rome office. The role focuses on converting inbound leads into long‑term partnerships and nurturing existing client relationships across a diverse portfolio of professionals and corporations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full client acquisition process, turning inbound leads into tailored solutions and lasting partnerships.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue expansion.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring profitability, satisfaction and health of each relationship.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, marketing) to deliver high‑quality solutions and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyse data and implement strategies to optimise account performance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in client acquisition and retention, with a track record of converting leads into enduring partnerships.
- Strong account‑management background, capable of growing and maintaining profitable client relationships.
- Fluent English and proficiency in at least one additional language (Italian, German or French preferred).
- Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to work effectively in a multinational environment.
