Supply Chain Assistant – Hybrid (San Donato Milanese)

About the role

CCS JV, a leading international oil and gas company, is looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to support its Supply Chain Manager and Coordinator. The position offers a hybrid work model based in San Donato Milanese, combining on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Supply Chain Manager/Coordinator with daily operational tasks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Control, Finance and other internal departments to monitor supply‑chain activities.
• Ensure accuracy of information and timely implementation of reports.
• Participate in internal meetings, track action items and follow up on deliverables.
• Manage logistics and delivery (LD) activities as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supply‑chain or logistics role.
• Analytical mindset, result‑oriented and collaborative work style.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access (plus).
• Familiarity with SAP (plus).
• Basic knowledge of Portuguese (plus).
