Temporary Customer Service Coordinator – Import

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Temporary Customer Service Coordinator to support our Import Key Accounts. You will join ONE Italy’s Customer Service team, providing frontline assistance and ensuring a high‑quality experience for our global and regional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to queries and requests from Key Account clients via Service Cloud and other channels.
• Maintain a consistently high service level by delivering quick resolutions to service issues.
• Promote and guide customers on self‑service and e‑commerce tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Administration team, Key Account Support, and Key Account Specialists.
• Escalate cases when necessary and ensure compliance with company policies.
