About the role
Eaton’s Mobility Group is seeking a Commercial Excellence Director to drive growth across the enterprise. The role blends deep sales expertise with advanced process design and technology strategy, leading the implementation of Salesforce and shaping the end‑to‑end conversion journey from lead generation to sale.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce implementation and roadmap planning, evaluating add‑on modules or integrations to meet specialized needs.
- Design, optimize, and govern the lead‑to‑sale conversion process, establishing governance, best practices, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Develop a commercial functional roadmap that aligns with growth objectives, covering process optimization, technology deployment, and adoption.
- Drive change‑management and training initiatives for new workflows and tools.
- Define conversion KPIs, monitor performance at an executive level, and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence, or Business Strategy roles.
Required skills
