About the role

As digitalisation accelerates across all divisions, our business model increasingly relies on seamless digital and physical client journeys. We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Digital Team in Milan, Italy, to turn data into actionable client insights that empower our divisions and markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect and analyse data from multiple sources.
  • Create clear dashboards and reports to present analytical findings.
  • Interpret results to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with divisions to understand data needs and develop tailored analyses.
  • Maintain and enhance data systems and analytical tools to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct complex analyses and synthesize findings into decision‑ready reporting.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a data/analytics role, preferably in retail, luxury or CRM.
  • Strong proficiency in English; Italian is a strong plus.
