About the role

As digitalisation accelerates across all divisions, our business model increasingly relies on seamless digital and physical client journeys. We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Digital Team in Milan, Italy, to turn data into actionable client insights that empower our divisions and markets.

Key responsibilities

Collect and analyse data from multiple sources.
Create clear dashboards and reports to present analytical findings.
Interpret results to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with divisions to understand data needs and develop tailored analyses.
Maintain and enhance data systems and analytical tools to ensure accuracy.
Conduct complex analyses and synthesize findings into decision‑ready reporting.

Required profile

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in a data/analytics role, preferably in retail, luxury or CRM.
Strong proficiency in English; Italian is a strong plus.
