About the role
As digitalisation accelerates across all divisions, our business model increasingly relies on seamless digital and physical client journeys. We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Digital Team in Milan, Italy, to turn data into actionable client insights that empower our divisions and markets.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and analyse data from multiple sources.
- Create clear dashboards and reports to present analytical findings.
- Interpret results to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with divisions to understand data needs and develop tailored analyses.
- Maintain and enhance data systems and analytical tools to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct complex analyses and synthesize findings into decision‑ready reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a data/analytics role, preferably in retail, luxury or CRM.
- Strong proficiency in English; Italian is a strong plus.
