Front End Application Developer

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a skilled Application Developer with a strong focus on front‑end technologies. You will work closely with designers and backend teams to turn visual concepts into responsive web and mobile applications that support clients’ hybrid cloud and AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop user interfaces using CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, PHP and modern frameworks.
• Create functional prototypes with AJAX, JSON, jQuery and Dojo.
• Implement responsive design to ensure optimal experience across devices.
• Integrate APIs and third‑party libraries to enhance functionality.
• Write clean, well‑documented code and perform hands‑on coding tasks.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (preferred).
• Strong experience with React and Angular ecosystems, including component architecture, state management and routing.
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3, building responsive and accessible interfaces.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience with modern frontend tooling such as Git, npm/yarn, CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
