Guest Relations – Food & Beverage

About the role

Join the hospitality team at a luxury resort in Costa Smeralda as a Guest Relations specialist for Food & Beverage. You will be the first point of contact for diners, handling reservations, seating, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, take dining reservations, and input guest information into the reservation system.
• Maintain wait lists, provide accurate wait times, and make seating decisions using the station rotation chart.
• Organize seating for large parties and guests with special needs.
• Greet guests, escort them to clean tables, set menus, and ensure proper place settings.
• Monitor dining rooms for availability, service quality, and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift.
• Support management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching.
• Follow all company safety, security, and appearance policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a guest‑facing food and beverage environment.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a reservation system.
