About the role
Air Liquide is recruiting an intern within its Electronics business line, in the Equipment & Installation team at its Agrate Brianza site. The intern handles order control and payment monitoring for the team, including preparing purchase orders and uploading technical documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare purchase orders using the SAP and Wise applications
- Manage the payment workflow, checking payments after equipment and materials are delivered
- Upload technical documentation into the customer system or portal
- Request documentation from suppliers on behalf of the customer
- Work with design references to gather information needed to improve project order management, and help draft procedures and guidelines
Required profile
- An engineering or economics degree (preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian
- Solid computer skills, especially with Google tools
- Ability to work in a team and in an international setting
