Maintenance Engineer

About the role

This position is a key part of the plant’s reliability team, combining mechanical and electrical expertise to keep production running at peak performance. Reporting to the EHS Facilities Manager, you will coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns and execute scheduled maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, support, and repair of equipment, systems, and civil works.
• Work closely with senior Maintenance Engineer, production, and manufacturing departments.
• Interface with external suppliers and ensure external partners meet legal and maintenance requirements.
• Investigate faults, determine root causes, and implement preventative and corrective actions.
• Support new manufacturing processes, continuous‑improvement initiatives, and short‑ and long‑term projects.
