About the role

RituAli is seeking a Resident Doctor specialized in Physiatry (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation) to join a world‑renowned wellness medical spa located on a historic hilltop in the Latium region of Italy. The role blends holistic guest care with rigorous clinical practice, offering a unique environment where modern Western medicine meets traditional wellness traditions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑touch, holistic guest management throughout the stay.
• Conduct preliminary consultations, intake examinations, and detailed medical histories.
• Prescribe and monitor personalized wellness protocols and rehabilitation programs.
• Perform regular medical check‑ups to ensure ongoing guest health and progress.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Doctor and Medical Director on clinical decisions and reporting.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD) with a specialization in Physiatry / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset capable of handling unexpected situations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full guest journey with clinical precision.
• Strong communication skills and a deep sense of empathy.
