LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join its Milan team on a fixed‑term basis. Working in a hybrid model, you will act as a strategic advisor and AI‑savvy partner, helping customers unlock measurable value from LinkedIn Hiring Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer success and retention by partnering with sales, creating success plans, and conducting regular business reviews.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor, aligning customer objectives with product capabilities.
• Deliver data‑driven insights, best‑practice recommendations, and education to boost adoption of hiring solutions.
• Champion AI‑powered tools such as Hiring Assistant and Co‑Pilot, guiding customers through AI‑assisted search and messaging.
• Monitor usage metrics, identify low‑utilization areas, and implement strategies to improve engagement.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with account directors, global services, and product teams to ensure a unified experience.
• Focus on measurable outcomes like recruiter efficiency, job fill rates, and candidate quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Product Training.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting usage data.
• Experience guiding customers through AI‑enabled recruiting workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
