Associate Recruiter

About the role

This remote‑first position is ideal for a motivated recruiter who wants to develop expertise across technical and business functions. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to evaluate candidates, conduct first‑round interviews, and build efficient hiring pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review inbound applications for multiple open positions and identify qualified candidates using structured assessment methods.
• Conduct recruiter phone screens to evaluate experience, skills, motivation, and role fit.
• Leverage recruiting platforms and sourcing tools to streamline candidate evaluation and improve hiring efficiency.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute tailored recruiting strategies.
• Manage several recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
• Adapt screening approaches to diverse job profiles and contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting workflows.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency or in‑house talent acquisition team.
• Proven ability to review high volumes of applications and consistently identify strong talent.
• Strong interviewing skills with experience conducting structured first‑round screens.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, highly organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn about different functions and industries.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
