About the role

Join the launch team of Experimental Roma as a Breakfast Attendant, delivering a memorable morning experience for guests in a brand‑new boutique hotel located on Via Ludovisi. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining a high‑quality breakfast service in a dynamic, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange the breakfast buffet according to hotel standards.
• Set tables, serve hot and cold beverages, and replenish items throughout service.
• Prepare simple in‑house items such as cakes, crepes, muffins, and reheat pastries, bread, and eggs.
• Maintain hygiene and food‑safety standards, checking freshness and quality of all items.
• Welcome guests courteously, respond to specific requests, and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Clear and clean tables, sanitize kitchen equipment, and keep the dining area organized.
• Manage stock levels and report replenishment needs.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality with a strong sense of service.
• Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an early‑morning shift.
• Professional communication skills in both Italian and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food hygiene standards (HACCP).
