About the role

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to lead our social presence for a drinks brand. Based in Italy, you will spend a short amount of time each day engaging with our audience on Instagram and Facebook, ensuring timely responses and a consistent brand voice.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages on Instagram and Facebook daily.
Increase real‑time interaction on posting days to boost community engagement.
Maintain brand tone across all communications.
Work with marketing and content teams to align posting schedules and campaign activities.
Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements for community strategy.

Required profile

Strong written communication skills and a passion for digital community interaction.
Familiarity with current social media trends.
Enthusiastic, customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

Knowledge of Instagram management tools.
Knowledge of Facebook management tools.

What we offer

Fixed‑term 3‑month contract.
Daily rate of £211.
