About the role
As a Consultant Intern you will join a project team from day one, working on real business challenges for Oliver Wyman clients. You will gain hands‑on consulting experience while contributing to research, analysis and the development of client recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research, data analysis and problem‑solving to support client projects.
- Develop client deliverables and recommendations under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Participate in team discussions, client interactions and receive mentorship throughout the internship.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, graduating within 1–2 years.
- Strong academic performance, intellectual curiosity and analytical mindset.
- Leadership, teamwork or extracurricular achievements are highly valued.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
