About the role

We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join a fully remote international team based in Italy. In this strategic role you will shape and execute content strategies that reinforce brand positioning, boost search visibility and drive business growth for a technology‑focused organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, brand guidelines and SEO targets.
• Own the end‑to‑end content calendar, overseeing planning, production, publishing and continuous optimisation across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales and communications teams to create high‑quality, AI‑enhanced content that supports integrated campaigns.
• Monitor performance through analytics and KPIs, using data‑driven insights to improve engagement and ROI.
• Lead storytelling initiatives that communicate product value, thought leadership and company messaging.

Required profile

• 2‑7 years of experience in content marketing, communications or brand marketing, preferably in B2B technology or enterprise software.
• Strong writing portfolio demonstrating the ability to produce engaging, high‑quality content.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally several times per year.
