Cyber Security Architect – Hybrid (Italy)

About the role

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies is looking for a Cyber Security Architect to join its team in Pinerolo, Italy. You will shape and evolve the enterprise‑wide security architecture, ensuring that our digital assets are protected against evolving threats while supporting innovative projects across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s cyber security architecture.
• Investigate security alerts and incidents, translating findings into long‑term architectural enhancements.
• Convert threat, incident, and vulnerability insights into concrete architecture standards.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to embed security requirements into all solutions.
• Define and evolve security concepts, standards, and reference architectures.
• Advise IT and business projects on secure design, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Assess new technologies, emerging threats, and changes for their security impact.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT, or a related technical field.
• Several years of experience in cyber security or IT security architecture within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to work with diverse IT stakeholders and translate security requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of incident response and security operations to ensure alignment with architecture.
