Digital Analyst – Web & App Conversion Insights

About the role

ING Bank N.V. is looking for a Digital Analyst in Milan (hybrid) to turn use behaviour and funnel data into clear, actionable insights that improve conversion across its web and app channels, both in acquisition and in-life. You will work in a multidisciplinary team of analytics, performance, conversion and content specialists, combining quick wins with the foundations of long-term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the acquisition funnel to identify drop-off points and improvement opportunities
• Define co-hold tracking and tagging strategy based on events and conversions
• Study page-level user behaviour, prepare session recordings, heat maps and click maps to find friction and usability issues
• Turn data and behavioural insights into recommendations for the Content Marketing Specialists
• Partner with the performance and commercial leader to analyse paid traffic quality and its impact on downstream conversion
• Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reports tracking funnel health and conversion KPIs
• Support A/B tests by providing data-backed hypotheses and post-test analysis

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in the role
• Degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Engineering or Economics
• Good decision-making skills to handle critical situations
• English knowledge

Required skills

• Analysis of user digital behaviour (app and web)
• Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Optimizely CMS and Hojtaru

• Permanent employment contract, full-time (37 hours per week) under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the credit sector
