Paid Media Specialist

About the role

ING is looking for a Paid Media Specialist in Milan to define and execute its digital performance strategy across all channels and funnels. The role sits in a multidisciplinary team of performance, conversion and content specialists, combining strategic vision with hands-on action to scale the marketing engine quickly and sustainably.

Key responsibilities

• Own the hands-on execution of the paid performance strategy across all paid channels, from campaign setup to daily bidding optimization
• Own performance reporting and forecasting, ensuring budget pacing and ROI targets are met
• Design and run a structured testing roadmap (creative, audience, bidding strategy) to continuously improve efficiency
• Ensure tracking and measurement infrastructure is correctly implemented across campaigns
• Act as the technical challenger to agency partners and push for smarter, faster delivery
• Work with SEO, content and CRO colleagues to align on a shared growth agenda
• Work with product, sales and brand stakeholders to drive impact

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in the role
• Ability to manage critical situations through good decision-making
• Degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics or Engineering
• Knowledge of English

Required skills

• Knowledge of the main performance channels, including hands-on experience with Google Search Console
• Google Search Console, GA4, Tealium Customer Data Platform and Adjust Mobile Measurement Platform
