Digital & CRM Project Manager - Junior Associate, Automotive

About the role

Publicis Sapient is looking for an Agile Project Manager to join its Product and Digital Transformation practice, supporting Digital and CRM initiatives for the Italian market. The role suits someone with experience in Digital delivery and/or CRM operations who works well with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is a temporary position based in Milan.

Key responsibilities

• Support the coordination and delivery of CRM and Digital initiatives, coordinating delivery teams so that agreed milestones and quality standards are met.
• Keep activities aligned with client priorities and expected outcomes.
• Work with client stakeholders and internal teams across CRM, Web, Marketing, Operations, Product and Technology.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops and alignment sessions, and give clients structured advice on Digital business priorities, CRM and customer engagement.
• Maintain clear and timely communication across all parties.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency, and support the testing, rollout and adoption of new tools and ways of working.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, product, Digital transformation, CRM, marketing operations, customer experience or related areas.
• Experience in project coordination, stakeholder management or Digital delivery.
• Fluent Italian and good working English.
• Previous experience in a consulting, agency or client-facing environment is desirable.
