Intern Applied AI Solution Consulting (Italy)

About the role

Celonis is looking for a Value Engineering Working Student (intern) in Italy to join its Value Engineering team. The interns help drive and close opportunities by identifying and selling the value Celonis brings to customers, working at the intersection of data engineering, process intelligence and business strategy. The role is highly analytical and involves building data-driven solutions within the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform for companies across the Italian market.

Key responsibilities

• Mine and model data with the Celonis platform to expose hidden inefficiencies in business processes
• Translate customer business challenges into technical requirements and build data-driven use cases
• Use data modeling, SQL/PQL and native AI capabilities to generate deep insights and optimize operations
• Evaluate and integrate Celonis solutions and AI features into a customer's technology roadmap
• Turn data findings into financial metrics and management-ready presentations
• Pitch technical findings and recommendations to customer decision-makers with cross-functional project teams

Required profile

• Student of Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Technology & Management, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable program
• Experience in consulting and strong interest in data analytics
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Availability for 6 months as a full-time intern

Required skills

• SQL and Python or related database query languages
• Completion of Celonis "Rising Star" modules is a plus
