Electric Product Engineer

About the role

ABB is looking for an Electric Product Engineer in Frosinone, contributing to the Electrification Business Area and reporting to the Product & Process Development Manager. The role optimizes the production organization's assembly methods, processes and equipment to minimize labor hours while supporting quality, efficiency, costs and safety. It is an onsite position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects and activities through the product lifecycle after release for sales, coordinating multi-location, cross-functional teams and monitoring internal and external resources.
• Manage project cost, schedule and objectives, and handle interdependencies between workstreams, ensuring customer value and satisfaction.
• Ensure transparency around change requests, identify and manage risks, and manage product changes and customizations according to the ABB gate model.
• Work with agile teams, operations and sales to meet response and delivery times, quality and performance needs.
• Transfer new products from development to operation with drawings, bill of materials, working instructions, spare parts list and product manuals.

Required profile

• Degree in Electric/Electronic Engineering.
• Engagement in industrialization processes in the electrification market.
• Experience in similar roles is a plus.
• Fluent Italian and English, and comfort in a multicultural environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and clear professional communication.
