Executive Vice President, AI Conference Brand

About the role

The Executive Vice President will own the overall strategy, commercial performance, and customer experience of Ai4, the leading AI conference brand in North America. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for transforming Ai4 into a globally recognized business brand and a destination event in Las Vegas.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a long‑term brand strategy that drives rapid growth and market expansion.
• Lead a high‑performing team across product, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Ensure each Ai4 edition sets new benchmarks for production quality, thought leadership, and commercial success.
• Develop and manage revenue streams, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities.
• Oversee the creation of world‑class event experiences that reinforce the Ai4 brand.
• Identify and launch new international markets and ancillary business lines.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in brand building, large‑scale events, or fast‑growing technology businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
• Ability to lead and inspire cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience in the artificial intelligence or broader technology sector is preferred.
