F&B Host/Hostess

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Host or Hostess to join our Soho House team in Italy. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring every visit is memorable through warm hospitality and efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the venue and manage the waiting list with accurate wait times.
• Handle reservations using OpenTable and provide menus, water, and drinks as needed.
• Coordinate seating options with wait staff and deliver orders from the kitchen promptly.
• Support waiters and other team members with various tasks.
• Greet customers upon departure and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Passion for food, beverage, and guest satisfaction.
• Reliable, flexible, friendly, and fluent in English.
• Eligible to work in Italy or hold a valid Italian work permit/visa.
• Physical ability to stand for at least 8 hours, lift up to 50 lb, and perform kneeling, bending, and climbing movements.
