Housekeeping Supervisor – Part Time

About the role

The Hoxton Rome, a 192-room boutique hotel in Rome, is looking for a part-time Housekeeping Supervisor. The role is responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms to brand standards and for leading and inspiring the housekeeping team.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms so they meet brand standards and look well presented and maintained.
• Ensure guests have a memorable experience in a spotless, well put together room.
• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team by example, encouraging their development and progression.
• Train and support the team hands-on to keep to high standards.
• Oversee and check the cleaning of all bedrooms and public areas.
• Work with the Head Housekeeper and Assistant Head Housekeeper on the partnership with the external housekeeping provider.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a desire to leave guests with a memorable experience.
• A practical, team-oriented attitude, able to motivate others and keep high service standards.
• An eye for detail and a hands-on approach to work.
• Knowledge of Opera, Knowcross or similar property management systems is an advantage.
