Freelance Operations & Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Operations & Project Manager to support the delivery of client projects and help shape the operational structure of a growing digital group. Working directly with the CEO and management team, you will coordinate multiple initiatives across AI, software development, marketing and consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor client and internal projects from inception to delivery.
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, deliverables and stakeholders across teams, clients and partners.
• Identify risks, propose corrective actions and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Prepare project plans, reports, documentation and operating frameworks.
• Improve workflows and contribute to repeatable delivery processes.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, working autonomously to meet defined objectives.
• Translate business priorities into concrete execution plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an independent consultant, freelancer or contractor in project management, delivery or business operations.
• Ability to organise complex activities, manage multiple projects simultaneously and work without detailed instructions.
• Strong communication skills with internal teams, clients and suppliers.
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and staying calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with digital or creative agency delivery, software or technology projects.
• Familiarity with modern productivity tools and AI concepts.
