Global SEO Specialist – Hybrid (Milan)

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Global SEO Specialist to join Amplifon’s Global Website Team in Milan. The role combines strategic SEO planning with hands‑on technical execution, focusing on both traditional search and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) within the Agentic AI ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits (crawlability, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript rendering) and translate findings into actionable tickets for developers.
• Define and implement schema markup, redirects, and other technical requirements to improve site performance and visibility.
• Develop and execute AI‑focused SEO strategies to make website content LLM‑friendly and visible in Agentic AI platforms such as SearchGPT and Perplexity.
• Track, analyse and report on organic traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics, communicating results to global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across multilingual and regional sites.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (any field).
• 2–3 years of professional SEO experience in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
• Experience working on global, multilingual websites.
• Interest or experience with the Agentic AI ecosystem and generative AI’s impact on search.

Required skills

• Google Search Console.
• SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog.
• Adobe Marketing Cloud (knowledge).
• HTML, CSS, and understanding of JavaScript rendering for search engines.
• Technical SEO concepts including schema markup, redirects, Core Web Vitals, and crawlability audits.
