About the role
CHORA, a Switzerland‑based ecosystem at the crossroads of artificial intelligence, digital transformation and consulting, is looking for a Head of Business Development. The role will coordinate outbound activities, manage active opportunities and drive new‑client acquisition across the ecosystem’s AI, digital and consulting services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and progress active leads, prospects and commercial opportunities through the pipeline.
- Coordinate Business Development Representative (BDR) activities, ensuring consistency and quality of outbound initiatives.
- Support proposal development, commercial negotiations and deal closing.
- Recover stalled or inactive opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth.
- Maintain CRM visibility, track opportunities and support reporting and funnel‑efficiency improvements.
- Monitor commercial execution, accountability and optimise outreach workflows.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B business development, sales or commercial growth roles.
- Strong execution mindset with hands‑on deal‑management capabilities.
- Experience coordinating outbound or BDR activities.
- Ability to manage consultative, relationship‑driven sales processes.
- Excellent organisational and follow‑up discipline.
- Comfort operating in lean, fast‑moving, high‑accountability environments.
- Fluency in English and Italian; German is a strong plus.
- Experience in AI, SaaS, consulting, digital services or enterprise solutions is a plus.
