Head of Digital Experience Marketing Acceleration

About the role

Kao is seeking a senior leader to head Digital Experience (DX) Marketing Acceleration across the AEMEA region. Reporting to the Director of the DX Marketing Centre of Excellence, you will drive high‑impact programmes that deliver measurable commercial growth and clear ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the DX Supercharge Project: define scope, objectives, strategy, owners, plan and ways of working in a matrixed environment.
• Establish measurable success metrics, dashboards and decision rules; ensure disciplined tracking and learning cycles.
• Identify high‑impact use cases, run structured tests, scale successful initiatives and discontinue ineffective ones.
• Manage the strategic partnership with Accenture, overseeing joint delivery plans, governance, issue escalation and impact reporting.
• Lead a small hub team and coordinate scrum‑style delivery across internal teams, markets, agencies and partners.
• Engage senior stakeholders across AEMEA markets, Global Brand Teams, Japan headquarters and corporate functions to align priorities and communicate progress.

Required profile

• University‑level education in business, marketing, analytics, technology or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital transformation, e‑commerce, analytics or consulting.
• 5+ years leading complex, multi‑market programmes.
• Preferred training in agile delivery, scrum, measurement, experimentation or marketing finance.
