About the role
Santen is seeking a versatile professional to combine HR expertise with office management responsibilities. In this dual‑role you will act as a trusted partner for employees while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, handling onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll inputs, benefits and employee documentation.
- Support recruitment activities, coordinate training, welfare programs and internal HR projects.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Oversee office operations, manage suppliers (facilities, catering, IT, mobile services) and supervise back‑office support.
- Control purchase orders, office budget tracking and cost‑management activities.
- Administer company car fleet and act as local IT equipment liaison.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Law or related field.
- 4‑5 years of experience in HR operations, administration or office management, preferably in an international organization.
- Experience with payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management and supplier management.
- Exposure to external vendors such as payroll providers, recruitment agencies or leasing companies.
- Knowledge of gender equality or DE&I initiatives is a strong plus.
