HR Learning & Development Intern

About the role

Join the Versace HR Learning & Development team within the Prada Group and support the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and onboarding programmes. This internship offers hands‑on experience in improving performance and motivation across a global luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assess both team and individual learning needs.
• Manage global onboarding and mandatory training processes.
• Design, implement and deliver learning programmes, including e‑learning paths, live webinars and managerial or technical courses.
• Coordinate with third‑party providers and internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness using KPIs, analyse data and propose new projects.
• Work with the LMS digital platform, data‑visualisation tools and other digital resources.
• Maintain relationships with internal clients and external providers.
• Manage funded training programmes and conduct research on emerging learning technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Adult Learning, Education or a related humanities field.
• Post‑graduate master’s in management or human resources is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Brief experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Required skills

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
