Influencer Marketing Specialist – Italy

About the role

SAMY, a global brand communication agency, is hiring an Influencer Marketing Specialist for its PowerHouse Italy team in Milan. The role leads influencer-driven campaigns from strategy to execution, turning brand briefs into culturally relevant, creative and measurable influencer activations. It is a hybrid position.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into influencer strategies, creative proposals and storytelling frameworks aligned with brand positioning and KPIs.
• Identify and vet creators across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and oversee content calendars for quality, compliance and consistent messaging.
• Supervise live campaign delivery and use real-time engagement and conversion metrics to optimise performance.
• Coordinate influencer involvement in experiential events and brand activations, handling talent logistics and cross-team communication.
• Work with booking, creative and data teams to refine negotiations and use social listening to spot emerging trends.
• Turn post-campaign metrics into performance dashboards, commercial recommendations and ROI evaluations.
• Oversee contracts, licensing rights and financial reconciliation, and improve processes to remove bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering multi-platform influencer campaigns from brief to reporting in fast-paced brand or agency settings.
• In-depth knowledge of social platforms, creator trends and audience engagement drivers.
• Experience negotiating influencer contracts, managing usage rights and allocating campaign budgets.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills under tight deadlines, with full professional English.

Required skills

• Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel and data tools.
• Ability to evaluate campaign ROI and use social listening tools.
