IT Support Technician – Lyon

About the role

ARCHIMED is seeking an IT Support Technician to be the primary point of contact for all technology needs at its Lyon headquarters. You will serve a multicultural environment of more than 40 nationalities, providing responsive end‑user support and ensuring the reliability of workplace technology.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first line of contact for IT requests and incidents, managing tickets through an ITSM tool following ITIL best practices.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain end‑user devices such as laptops, workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Maintain the asset inventory and lifecycle of all IT equipment.
• Support audiovisual and videoconferencing equipment.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID), managing user accounts, access rights, and licenses.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes for Lyon‑based staff.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects, including rollouts, migrations, and tooling upgrades.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively in an international setting.
• Experience handling both hardware and software support tickets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fast‑paced investment environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID)
• ITIL framework knowledge
