Junior CSS Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior CSS Developer to join our fully remote team. You will help translate consulting findings into clean, maintainable CSS for internal dashboards, ensuring visual clarity for high‑level stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Convert visual design concepts into well‑structured CSS for consulting dashboards.
• Maintain layout consistency across browsers and devices.
• Audit and fix visual inconsistencies in existing stylesheets.
• Create documentation for design tokens to support long‑term stability.
• Build responsive grid structures that handle dense legal and financial data.
• Support accessibility audits to meet international client requirements.
• Update UI components based on feedback from consulting teams.
• Participate in peer code reviews to learn best practices.

Required profile

• Basic familiarity with CSS3, including Flexbox and CSS Grid.
• Strong attention to detail and a preference for visual order.
• Willingness to write clean, reusable code following team standards.
• Ability to communicate technical challenges clearly in written English.
• Foundational understanding of HTML and the DOM.
• Curiosity about how digital tools solve complex business problems.
• Patience for troubleshooting visual bugs over multiple iterations.
• Comfort working independently with thorough documentation.
