Marketing Manager EMEA Retail & Wholesale

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of EMEA retail and wholesale marketing strategies from our Milan office. The role focuses on building a qualified client network across high‑value luxury environments and translating partnerships into measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement EMEA marketing strategies aligned with global brand positioning to acquire new high‑value clients.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with hotels, concierges, private clubs, luxury venues, and major events, representing the brand at key European occasions.
• Create internal tools to convert relationships into concrete business opportunities and act as strategic advisor to retail and wholesale partners.
• Support and localise the EMEA CRM & clienteling strategy, coordinating with HQ and local markets to drive retention and loyalty.
• Monitor client‑driven sales performance, analyse data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate client invitation processes for fashion shows, events and brand activations.
• Oversee regional marketing budgets, ensuring ROI and impact on sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Retail, CRM and Merchandising teams to deliver an omnichannel experience.

Required profile

• Strong background in luxury, preferably fashion, with a deep network across EMEA.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach and proactive attitude toward client development.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and ability to represent the brand at high‑profile events.
• Experience in translating global CRM strategies into local actions.
• Analytical mindset with ability to monitor market trends and performance metrics.
