Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead brand and customer growth for H&M Group in the sales market. The role translates global strategies into locally relevant plans, drives impactful marketing execution and ensures strong business results through data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead brand growth by balancing global strategy with local market insights.
• Develop and execute a customer, marketing and communications plan tailored to local relevance.
• Secure short‑ and long‑term growth of the customer base, sales and brand presence using an omni‑channel, data‑driven approach.
• Drive key marketing and activation KPIs such as NCA, traffic and conversion rate.
• Align local loyalty activation with global directives while maximizing operational efficiency.
• Allocate and monitor marketing investments across media, PR, content production and customer engagement.
• Lead, coach and develop the marketing team to deliver world‑class customer experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Market teams and Global Marketing to ensure guideline adoption.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of leadership experience in marketing, sales or customer functions.
• Proven track record of delivering customer‑centric results across brand, communications and media.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in omni‑channel marketing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and international exposure.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to engage teams.
